a little about me
I’m a partner, mother, artist, and passionate intuitive guide based in Hillsborough NC, dedicated to helping others reconnect with their inner essence. Coming back to my own essence is what I’ve found to be the goal of this work for me. To be able to live life with the deep feeling and wonder that so effortlessly flowed through me as a child, before being conditioned to believe I needed to be something else
The journey back to myself has lead me to explore various healing modalities. I’ve collected the ones that have had the most profound impacts in my life, which I now have the honor of sharing with others. My hope is that these practices will provide you a deeper sense of safety within yourself as well as tools that you can carry with you beyond our sessions and into the rest of your life

Rooted in vipassana, using body scanning and visualization to bring you into the present moment. We connect first to Self, then to whichever part is ready to be met, opening the door into parts work

Sometimes healing needs to move, not just be spoken. Intuitive movement, like stretching, swaying, even dancing, lets whatever's surfaced keep unfolding through the body, guided as needed

Held throughout the session as a way of sensing and supporting what's present for you. Energy work can also continue after a session if it's needed

Used to ground and settle the energy, often a deep inhale paired with a long, slow exhale, sometimes with sound, a sigh, or a hum. Toning especially helps cue the body into rest and quiet the mind
